SMILE is Elisand Care Foundation’s signature annual Christmas community outreach designed to bring hope, care, dignity, and celebration to vulnerable individuals and underserved communities.
The program combines healthcare, social welfare, child support, community engagement, and Christmas celebration into one meaningful community experience.
